The physical Singapore shops may not even offer this certification, yet they ought to have this basic due diligence because the range of pearl quality is huge - from plastic pearls, pearl shell to 100% natural pearls.

To ensure that we ourselves are getting the real deal from suppliers, we sample test our pearls with GIA for certification to ensure due diligence of our own investment. We do this for every major shipment that we receive. GIA testing is not a one-off thing for us.

Why don't we test every single pearl? 


Unfortunately, GIA testing is not cheap relative to our good-value pearls - its costs about S$300 per pearl necklace for testing. This drives prices significantly.

What we therefore do is regularly sample-test pearls from each batch and then compare luster, weight, and roundness with the remaining pearls. We maintain a database of pearl data to ensure similarity across pearl shipments.

Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.


How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.

An item is missing from my shipment.

My product is missing parts.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.


When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
